Amazon WorkMail: Overview and Setup

Amazon WorkMail is a managed email and calendar service in the cloud, designed to work seamlessly with your existing Outlook clients, including Microsoft’s Click-to-Run versions. It also supports mobile devices through the Exchange ActiveSync protocol.

How to Use Amazon WorkMail

Sign In

  1. Log in to your AWS account and go to the Amazon WorkMail console.

Get Started

  1. Click on the “Get Started” button.

Choose Region

  1. Select your preferred region from the top right of the navigation bar.

Configure Account

  1. Enter the required details to set up your account and follow the instructions to complete the setup.
  2. Your mailbox will then be ready for use.
